Four days rest after Sundays mountainous run that irritated my IT band. My knee pain gone, massaged everyday with foam roller. I’m restless and itching to get back out so I decided I should try a nice easy run.
Went out for a gentle 5km run in between the showers. 3km in and I could feel the niggle. So I opted to walk home and stretch.
Half hour of stretching and I can’t feel any pain apart from the foam roller inflicted pain. I’m surprised my thigh isn’t flat with all this rolling.
I’m gonna stretch it later and more tomorrow and hopefully that will ease the tension n my knee.
